We began by benchmarking the organization’s capability, awareness and confidence in leveraging artificial intelligence.
Over 12 months, we built a community of practice that invited all staff members to observe, then contribute. By providing 1:1 AI coaching, monthly demos of AI in Action and an invitation to experiment, staff built the habit of tinkering with different platforms, resulting in embedding new technology in day-to-day workflows.
The 12-month program marked 3,598 productivity hours saved through AI - and empowered engagement across all functions (Mktg, HR, Finance, Ops).
