The Change Questions Your Leaders Are Asking
Change Fatigue
Repeated reorgs and rollouts wear down trust long before anyone announces the next one.
Leadership Burnout
Leaders are expected to keep everyone else engaged, with no one checking in on them.
Trust Deficit
Once leadership says one thing and does another, every future announcement gets read as spin.

Every automation initiative gets quietly read as a threat to someone's job.
