Change Fluency™ is an individual’s adaptive capacity to translate challenges into opportunities. It is an innovation model built on our Change Mindset framework (Change Responses vs. Change Interpretation) . The Change Fluency framework is leveraged in organizational transformation context to gain traction in change initiatives, first by assessing the five chains of change holding an organization back, then by identifying nine innovation principles to drive innovation that sticks. Change Fluency as a book has been awarded the Booklife 2025 Semifinalist Prize in Nonfiction and is a 2026 Business Book Awards Finalist (winners announced Sept 2026).
